i have not heard of an Ultron (but I am rather sheltered) but i rather imagined more on the quiet end. Big ego and such, knows it's responsible for her being alive, might have plans to get free of her but who knows, but  it's also kinda secret: she's not forthcoming about it and it enjoys it's being hidden. Easier to plot that way
