I am not sure if I will join, but I think I can say what my character ideas are so far. 

A foreigner or native of the city who is able to transform into a half-dragon, half-human hybrid and seeks to learn more about the secrets of the city.  

A psionic of some kind who may or may not sometimes hear the voices of the first member in his family who got the power.  

A middle-aged man who has control of one or two elements(not sure which right now) and is reluctant to be a hero, but after the death of his son, he may spring into action.   

I am not sure of which to do if I do join.
