Howdy all! After yapping to a friend about my woes with partner seeking posts, she recommended I search here on her old stomping grounds. So I come with promises of dark stories, adult themes and especially adult scenes. In return I seek a good fit writing partner with whom I can find strong chemistry for brainstorming and creative exploration. Please be 18+, preferably 21+ My stories tend to involve dark themes, gray to outright evil men, and plenty of adult scenes. I enjoy roleplays where the plot deliciously builds up potential NSFW scenes, as well as those stories to which NSFW scenes are central. Lately I’ve been going through drastic changes in life and without stability my writing rhythm has shifted to shorter, varied stories Nowadays my plots tend to last weeks to a couple months. I like to say I’m “experimenting” but the truth is my focus is pulled in many directions and so writing long-term has been a struggle. Yet the urge to write persists, so I must adapt. For that reason, OOC chemistry and communication are very important to me. Even without writing shorter stories nowadays, I take a vibes-based approach to writing by regularly discussing where we want to go with the story and what we want to see. Then keeping those ideas in mind, letting our chemistry be the wind in the RP's sails. That way we balance having planned moments and direction while letting moments develop organically. Brainstorming, collaboration, and sharing of ideas are all important to me. Whether we become friendly beyond that is entirely up to you. I welcome it. My writing is in third-person past-tense and replies are generally 3-5 paragraphs, often longer during scene changes or pivotal moments. My time zone is US Eastern and I reply most consistently between 8am-4:30pm, although there may be the occasional evening posts. I chat as often as I’m available. If we write on Discord that would be ideal but I’ve never had the forum writing experience, so if we end up writing here then that’ll be fun to learn. With this post I’m going to include some fandoms that I am well-versed in, the genres I typically explore, as well as some old prompts (I don’t like posting empty-handed). If none work but you like the vibes or think we’d be a good fit, then I encourage you to reach out anyway. Send me a PM letting me know what you’re interested in trying or if you’d like to pitch an idea. Genres, Fandoms, and Miscellanious Notes Below I’ll list fandoms I am knowledgeable about or interested in. However, I’m also open to writing in the genre generally if we want to craft our own setting.

Fantasy, typically dark, grim, often medium to lower magic

Elder Scrolls(!) Especially Skyrim and Morrowind.
Baldur's Gate
Darkest Dungeon
Bloodborne
Dragon Age

Post-Apocalyptic

Fallout(!)

Sci-Fi

Star Wars
Cyberpunk 2077(!)
Warframe (1999, anyone?)
Warhammer..?
Mass Effect

Misc

Superheroes sound very interesting to me right now. Secret identities, balancing lives, unhealthy management of deteriorating mental health by way of increasingly extremist vigilantism.
Urban secret fantasy. The occult, eldritch, fae, and myth hidden among a modern world yet unknown by the larger population. Think along the lines of Fables, The Unsleeping City

A galactic war requires galactic scales. When the Separatist Crisis broke out entire star systems contributed to the effort as a desperate means of survival against an enroaching enemy. What were once workshops for domestric droids and civilian transportation became factories for the tools of war. Rotating shifts kept the conveyers and foundries churning without pause in hopes of providing the Republic’s armies with equipment and starfighters. The Separatists did much the same. Then suddenly, just three years after it started, the Clone Wars came to a confusing and decisive end. An entire galaxy that was tooled and ready for war fell under Imperial influence. The Empire could not allow those tools and weapons to return to civilian hands, not while they held the goal of oppressing those same civilians. Instead, that equipment had to end up somewhere. Somewhere remote and easy to control, somewhere peaceful where civilians could not resist, a place where skilled craftsman were already waiting to repurpose and recycle one galactic war effort for another. Somewhere like Basra. All the wrecked and unnecessary fighters, carriers, cruisers, and frigates of an entire sector made their way to that once lovely planet. When space ran short, the wrecks were deposited over the old; layer after layer, until the rivers turned bronze with rust and distant mountains became the perch of colossal warships. Now the air is either fumes or caustic gasses; the thunderstorms are laden with electrostatic mist and shower the surface with radioactive rain that burns the skin like slag. What few live on Basra are either Imperials or the surviving lineage of those who once made a living recycling warships for the former's war machines. The latter eke out survival despite the callous indifference of the former.

Another working girl turned up dead at the peak of her popularity, the third in as many months. Like the others she worked out of the Ho-oh, a cheap casino whorehouse in Kabuki. Though the area saw as much foot traffic as it did homicides and drunkards, the victim’s profession complicated matters. She had been affiliated with the Mox, a sort of union-gang that historically had beef with the Tyger Claws—and the Daichi family, prominent members of the Claws, owned and operated the Ho-oh. Sohei Daichi, the current patriarch overseeing the district, was threatening to disrupt a tenuous peace with the Mox. Enter Wakako, our employer and another influential member of the Tyger Claws. For her the rising tensions between Mox and Claw presents an opportunity. The conflict and bloodshed of a gang war would hurt business, and if she could get damning evidence to depose Daichi (or otherwise frame him) her position would be bolstered within the gang. To that end, Wakako hires a private mercenary to infiltrate the night club and gather incriminating information. I have a couple of OCs to fill the role of the hired mercenary. The role of your character will largely determine the approach of this mission. Will you be a second mercenary? A working girl that gets used as an insider/information? A Tyger Claw that turns against the gang? Let’s discuss!
