She kept up the conversation, her tone and body language remaining light, innocent, and curious, and by the end of it she'd thanked the three of them and ended up with a plastic bag of to-go food hung on her arm as she made her way back to Band and Roland. "Here you are," she said, fishing two paper wrapped sandwiches (the hot dog buns were conjoined on one side but it was still meat and fillings between bread, so Primrose figured they qualified) out and handing them to the detective and fixer. Big Band wasted no time in bringing up the new information. A second consul coming to Esaka would be disastrous after all, especially if they couldn't find a way to disable or destroy the Flame Clock beforehand. Then they would have to contend with two superpowers that could escape, heal, and return to finish the fight. If possible Primrose wanted to stop that from happening by any means possible - which meant she shared Band's line of thinking to abandon the clock for now and ambush the second consul sooner. But when he brought up fishing for more information in Esaka or going to the Lost Numbers for help, she held up one of her hands. "No need," Primrose told him, a small, satisfied look briefly passing her features. Thanks to the week she'd spent gathering information in Meridi-at-Han, the little details Sakura gave them were all Primrose needed to know to identify which of the consuls would be visiting. "I'm certain that is Consul R. If he's coming from the northwest, it'll most likely be from the Tyrannian Plateau." The dancer had made sure to familiarize herself with the world map, but it helped that she'd been close by the area before. Before the detective might ask how she got her own information, she volunteered it herself. "When Roland, Goldlewis, and I-" she pointed a finger between herself and the fixer. "-spent that week laying low, it was in a city north of here. Travelers passed through it all the time. It was there I learned about this region's consuls. B is here now, the Phantom Thieves eliminated J, so that leaves R... who fits Sakura's description perfectly." She turned her head to look in the vague direction that R would arrive from, though her view was blocked by the High Tier's other large, fancy buildings. Primrose glanced back at her companions before motioning for them to follow her so that they could skirt the edge of the tier, get a look at the land outside of Esaka from this elevation, and walk while they talked. "I actually have an... acquaintance, that lives in the Tyrannian Plateau area. If I could find a way to contact her, I'm sure she'd give us a hand. Perhaps even pinch R from two directions," Primrose mused. Now that she knew the phone magic, maybe she should start thinking about teaching it to others for just such a situation. "Regardless... that would leave when and how he'll be arriving - but so long as he doesn't travel by air, if we got a head start we could catch him on the road." Or perhaps before he even left for Esaka, if this was some sort of scheduled meeting for later this week. She wouldn't be surprised if he'd been invited to see the end of the tournament series, or was just a fan of it. "Therion and I had been considering ways to sneak into the Top Tier, but if it'll be easier to wait until the city is distracted to do it, then going after R seems prudent." She didn't need to mention that going after the consul had risks, as all of the Seekers were aware of the power they wielded, but it was possible to beat them. If they took R by surprise with a strong, coordinated assault, they could get an early advantage and triumph. It might also draw out B, whom Primrose really wanted to put down. But if the Seekers decided to go for it anyway, then the dancer was all in. She looked at Big Band and Roland for their thoughts, though she suspected she already knew where they stood. "What do you think? Shall we collect everyone before the next round of matches start to put together a strategy?"
