Appearance:
A handsome man who has remarkable features: Blond with turquoise eyes, a tall posture compared to the others that live in Jubilife village, and a confident stance that screams "You cannot break ME down!" His normal clothes are a parka and jeans, a quite different pairing. But since most of his work goes into research on the Albaster icelands, that is expected.

Personality:
An accurate description of  Kyo would be this: Suprising. With his serious features, many do not cross him, but beneath that exterior is a      spark in the soul. Many who are in his regiment enjoy his company, and morale triples when he is around, and can be good friends with practically anybody.

History:
From a young age,Kyo already had high expectations put on him. His father was the creator of the original pokedex, and had very powerful pokemon. But sadly, his father was killed in a pokemon Alpha ambush in the feildlands, and so Kyo would get his father's Pokemon eventually.

Growing up, Kyo managed to research much about Alphas and the Icelands.Exactly what is difficult.
