It's all relatively straightforward.

First you find you character's archetype [url=https://evilhat.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Monster-of-the-Week-Revised-Playbooks-Formfillable.pdf]here[/url]. After that, you find the history section of your archetype and follow the instructions listed there. Finally, the other players do likewise for you.

After that, you're all set on the history front.
