For region, while I think Unova would be fun(totally not biased as a gen 5 lover), we'd be competing with the Blueberry Academy. Though I suppose the Academy is technically not in Unova, but rather the ocean. Maybe we could go with Sinnoh? Plenty of very strong trainers there, especially with the battle frontier. (Wait, was the battle Frontier Sinnoh? Or was it actually in Hoenn? I can't remember...) For dorm rooms... Hmm... I've never been involved in the kind of schooling that involves on-campus living, so I wouldn't have much experience. Perhaps we could have like a ring of dormitories orbiting the main building in a sort of half-moon orientation? I don't really know, I've never been good at architecture, let alone landscaping.
