Leveraging: N/A
One moment, she was sitting comfortably on the bed of the rather plush hotel she'd been upgraded to... filing her nails and admiring the outfit she'd chosen for the night. The next? Everything about her flickered for just a half of a second. Enough that Phoebe slowly placed the tool down, but not enough for her to fully register what she'd seen. Her gaze flicked up towards the light overhead in the next moment, a frown on her features as Phoebe wondered if she'd need to place a call to the front desk. With a small sigh of irritation, the idol gave a little shrug and hummed softly to the music floating through her open window; pumping in from the club across the street where she'd been the last few nights. The rhythmic thumping, highs and lows of energy flowing with every beat... even the very familiar sound of her own voice carrying the lyrics through the air. Reaching the chorus, which she knew to be rather energetic and sure to draw a cheer from the crowd inside the building. Slowly, the potential built and built... Until the horrendous static of a stereo's speaker failing through her song. Static seeming to come from inside her head. Phoebe spun on heel, lashing out with her arm in a wild slash as the static flickered in and our. At the same moment, so did the pleasant scene of the hotel room. Flashing violently as if reality were tearing itself asunder, and revealing a cold... plain metallic wall belonging to a cell. Each flash grew in length, forcing itself atop Phoebe's own reality and becoming more... real for lack of a better word. As the world faded, evaporating as made from mist, Phoebe finally began to realize she'd been stuck in an illusion of sorts... and was now stuck in a much more real cell. Fear attempted to grip the idol's heart, wondering how long she'd been here. What had happened to her... and if she'd be able to escape. Regain. Composure. She chided herself, countering with the same words that'd been drilled into her during her time training to perform. One couldn't lose themselves in front of thousands, now could they? "Astéria." The esper spoke the word as if uttering a command, and the trio of orbs she'd used as her weapon came racing towards the girl. Kept, thankfully, nearby. It seemed her captors didn't find much threat from beach bal- They're normal. Phoebe noticed the change nearly instantly as the tungsten orbs glinted in the little light penetrating herself. In the next, her gaze snapped down to see the usual style she wore when acting as an esper, not the bikini she'd found herself in as of late. "What the fu-" Phoebe started to say, before hearing the soft hiss of a door opening at the far end of the hall. From it, two forms that could only be described as moving slimes emerged, moving towards her cell. She'd seen enough movies to know she wanted nothing from some otherworldly creature getting close enough to touch her, and instantly Phoebe started calling upon her magic. Overhead, subtle changes in the air started to pulsate as gravity waves started to answer to Phoe- no, Ouranos' calls. As the two slimes slowly got closer, the esper shot a cocky grin their way as she pointed at the two. "Nice try, but I'll be going now." She said, offering a playful wink as a small section of corridor between the slimes and herself suddenly became laced with magic. Were the duo to enter, they'd find themselves shot up into air as if by an invisible hand... then slammed backwards as the invisible fist of gravity would slam into their gelatinous forms. Ouranos, on the other hand, did not wait to see the effect of her spell. Instead spinning even as she threw both arms outwards towards the wall opposite her cell door. All three of her weapons surged forward, answering the call of their mistress, and impacted the wall in the exact same location. Denting it, before surging back and ramming forward once more. A strange hammer, but an effective one none the less. The deafening impact could be heard down the halls, and on the other side of the cell's walls as they steadily bowed outwards. Failing under the continuous assault of a very angry esper. Slowly, the metallic clanging turned steadily into a shearing screech as the walls finally failed and her trio of spheres shot through... into the harsh light of day beyond. Ouranos' eyes shot open wide as hope surged through her mind, escape being just in front of her. Without even a second of hesitation, another spell was composed and cast as Ouranos reached her arm out with her hand hooked into a claw as if gripping at the edge of the jagged hole she'd carved. With a deafening yell of exertion, she yanked her hand to the right. As she did, the wall of her cell tore free and fell away, leaving a hole big enough for Ouranos to escape through... and escape she did. Charging out and jumping through without a second thought, a scream tore itself free from her lips as the esper fell through the open air... only to land in the giant palm of somebody wearing cultist robes and quipping about only wearing underwear... Not the strangest thing of the day. Looking back towards the... ship... she'd escaped from, Ouranos very quickly decided she'd rather be on the weird cultist-dude's side than the place that had imprisoned her. Looking back towards the man, she quickly responded. "How can I help? Who're are these... things?" The day just kept getting weirder.
