[@Gadg8eer]Generally no. you used 3 F grade abilities in one post as 3 different actions. your spywear wouldn't needed time before it could activate the combat hud or assess battlefield after scanning the party members. what's more, the scanning of the party is typically done 1 character at a time without enhancements to the scan ability.  in non combat rounds, its not as important, but as we are now in combat with monsters actively engaging the party, the scans and 2 other actions would take too much time to take place in a single round.
