I mean to ask this earlier, as there hasn't really been any mention of it.

Are TMs/HMs a thing in this fan-iverse? I know our Pokémon get to keep all the moves they learn by leveling up, but can we bloat their movepool even more by slotting CDs into their heads and downloading combat-data onto their brainsies? :o
