We will start with the former, where every character will be either arriving at the airport or coming by boat. However there will be some exceptions to the rule due to certain circumstances we'll be taking in mind.

Also before I act as Frieda and review your application [@Double], I'm going to have to ask you to remove the 2 Paralyze Heals and Old Amber from your inventory. The Goggles should be fine since that's for your character as opposed to being an item for your Pokémon to hold.

But things that aren't a single potion (and misc items that won't impact battles and more things your chary has like camping gear, clothes, food, etc.) are a no go.
