The Paralyze Heals were for Jack more than anything because he has an Electric starter who comedically zaps him on a semi-regular basis. And I would personally argue that the Old Amber falls under the "misc item that doesn't impact battle" category because without access to fossil resurrection, it's a literal rock that does nothing and removing it somewhat diminishes the backstory of him having a memento from his dad. But either way, I made the edits per your request as I have no desire to cause problems or anything.
