Nothing serious of course, just something along the lines of mechanical issues causes an emergency landing in the middle of the woods, as opposed to a proper landing in a designated spot? Nobody would be hurt, but it would lead to a certain scientist making an appearance earlier than he'd have planned. And getting a chance to curse out(no actual real life curse words, just an opportunity for creative wordplay) his malfunctioning tech.
