Archetype(s) - Magneto, Apocalypse, Maxwell Lord Name - Talion Meliora Alias - Melior (by Himself), Overclock (By G.A.I.A), Age - 17 Powers/Skills/Equipment - - Continous bio-amelioration (Rapidly evolving): Talion is constantly evolving his body, but he is far away from having the ability to punch through walls, throwing cars, flight or shooting lightning effortlessly. He currently is on par to normal humans when it comes to strength, his actual speed is abit faster when he discharges his bio-electricity but otherwise isn't anything awe-inspiring. His durability and metabolism however is above that of the common human, having withstood the various experiments done on him in the facility have left his body tougher. That said he cannot tank shots by guns or rifles like the peak superhumans currently existing. His mind also took enought punishment that has allowed his bio-electrical telepathic abilities to manifest at a slightly higher initial level than his physical strength. All things considered, a long way to go until he becomes a potent protector… or destroyer. - Adaptive Bio-Electrical telepath (ability to telepathically relay messages to others and create electrical shocks through his hands and eyes, he has a highly advanced nervous system, his brain generates massively amplified bio-electric currents. he shapes his internal bio-electricity into electromagnetic frequencies , mimicking the wavelength of human thought. He can project these frequencies outwards like a radio station. Due to his brain constantly generating a powerful high-frequency bio-electrical aura, it creates a natural static jammer around his mind. If another psychic or telepath would try to read his thoughts or try to affect his mind they wouldn't be able to get through. So by this he is also unable to receive telepathic messages himself from allies. Currently he is only able to send his own telepathic messages a short distance to one person if he focuses hard, this can be made easier if someone is in physical contact with him. He also refuses to read other peoples minds, it is unknown if he is even able to. But Talion outright refuses to violate another superhumans right to be masters of their own mind. His body creates enough bio-electricity that sometimes he has to go and discharge it, typically he does this all in a spike of speed. As it currently stands, he can emit shocks through his hands up close, he may be able to do an electrical bolt but it currently takes a lot of focus and effort and he cannot do it quickly enough to make use of it in the heat of battle.) Weaknesses - - Lightning rods and rubber: A lightning rod or having a suit of rubber or being made of rubber will make his electrical damage ineffective. - Sound (High pitch noises are troublesome for his evolving senses.) - Electricity PTSD (Suffering a powerful electrical shock from a source not of his own can trigger some painful memories aswell, enraging him possibly) - Nightmares (Suffers from nightly flashbacks of his time in captivity, may trigger bio-electrical discharges) - Struggles to kill other superhumans (sees them as his people) - Barely more than human (Initially. Grows rapidly. The more exposure to physical and mental strain, the more likelihood of some breakthrough. (Training also helps.) - Does not wear a mask, he outright refuses to hide who he is. He disapproves strongly of when others wear masks. Considering it cowardly. Personality - Steadfast, Shrewd, Theatrical, Ambitious and Vindictive. Experience - First day at work. Uninvited. Appearance - BRIEF Bio - Subject 4L9H4-01 was caught in 1936 and held for nearly one year in an undisclosed sanatorium in Alaska, outwardly a treatment facility for people with tuberculosis, but this was just a front. For underneath it were a facility meant to create weapons to deal with superhuman threats. Such as the potential of a national hero going rogue, this mysterious group, only known as G.A.I.A used whichever means necessary to reach their intended results. Sponsored by men of wealth and influence, who saw the rise of unregulated superhumans as a threat to their lives. One of their main supporters is the anti-superhuman senator, Maximilian McGreed. But the man would deny any such allegations. As for test subject 4L9H4-01 also referred by the name "Overclock". He was put through early electro-shock therapy to force out his bio-electric powers to manifest. Very little is known about his origins, but he had no identification papers on his person to discern his nationality. After nearly one year of being a test subject, the lead scientist slipped up and ignored protocols and that lead to the test subject, which now goes by the name of Talion to escape, holding the scientist as a hostage and forcing him to open every door of the facility until he was free. He did not hurt any of the personell upon leaving, save for stunning the lead scientist with a shock from his hands. Talion is hellbent on not being captured again, motivated to grow stronger, fueled by his utter despise by what those humans did to him and a desire to bring justice to the world which has wronged him. They may have awakened his powers, but they were his powers not theirs. He swore on his first day of freedom, that he would never allow a human to take his life away from him again. He has been on the run for approximately a year, he has been following the news about other superhumans, feeling a sense of belonging with others of his kind, despite the attempts of G.A.I.A to make him a weapon against those very people. While he had no desire to defend humankind, the US president's call to superhumans had given him an ample opportunity to join with his own kind. And perhaps by being with them, keep G.A.I.A at bay until their day of reckoning arrive. Potential Storylines - - Last days of G.A.I.A: G.A.I.A agents are constantly out trying to re-capture him and continue with their plans in creating a weapon that could be used to fight other superhumans. Talion on the other hand wishes to outright destroy this group for what they have put him through. - To be the strongest, you must fight the strongest: Talion is drawn to test himself against other superhumans and grow stronger from the experience. - Sway the superhuman nazis: Talion feels a strong desire to save his lost brothers and sisters over the world, who may have gotten astray because of humans. - The human nature issue: The constant horrors of wars created by humankind is gradually catching up with Talion, further creating rifts between himself and humankind and those who chose to align themselves with them before their own kin. - Birth of Polaris: Talion dreams of creating a world of superhumans, free of any humans. Messiah complex. Additional Notes - - Went to school before his relocation to the test facility. Enjoyed the library.
Sorry for the wait fellows, here's my sheet.
