Snakey Nakey skeepy snake. Sya was lost in thoughts swaying softly on her rather long lower body, the memory hit hard and feelings came forward like a great storm of winter by the coast. Tempest that rattled even the great shutters of the keep and had caused many a sailor to meet an untimely end. Sya was still lost in thoughts as she remembered her home, those who lived in the lands now lost and the fact she might have been living in her own home, maybe with a baby of her own and waiting for her partner so she could cuddle by the fire. She slowly turned her head to someone calling her name, a friend even! Syas brain began to rapidly work out where she was, what time it was and who was in front of her. Kira, the woman who was feared, the loner of the town, yet she saved Sya and Sya liked her! “Kira” Sya said in her particular accent and her eye switched from a far off place, to the present. Sya's tail unraveled a little from her protective position to match her emotions and gave a little enthusiastic wave, a flash of blue slashed across the bright lights inside the Temple. The light hurt her eye but could be endured and as long as she avoided the largest flame it was OK for now. “I…i vas… before. Old… my old… ” Sya paused and her tone was less confident before she got more confident again and returned to the self that people knew the innkeeper for. “I light, light for friend. Protect them. Those who left into Ember burnt land.” Sya said, answering the question. Leaving the fact Sya had obviously had less than ideal experiences in time between the old, and new, Dawn haven. Sya. Was sya. She moved with a surprising fast and slightly unnervingly fluid motion to some and hugged Kira giving her a peck on the cheek without fear or fact Kira was a somewhat dark loner in Dawn Haven. Sya was not put off by that reputation. “Friend Kira, vi hope you be well, vand careful. Vi am glad to see vou.” She said let go but did not back off too much, treating her like a friend and showed none of the hesitation others had around the red haired blightborn. “Ze. Youngest Priestess? Little one, sssister to ze sun champion?” Sya asked and looked around not seeing her giving a flinch as she turned to face the brightest part of the room. Her vision was too acute for this kind of brightness. “No, see. I just arrive, this.. iz my first time inside.” Sya said slowly pushing though the words, her accent thickened but brought back under control again. “Oh…” Sya said with a turn of her body, flowing round to face the door what made a loud noise, a thud, clatter or so…somthing coming from the corridor / route to the back rooms of the Temple.”maybe zat…?” Sya asked in her ever present hybrid of an accent.
