As Bruce Wayne, he is a billionaire playboy, with a new woman on his arm every week. As Batman, he is Gotham's dark defender. But what if someone could find his way into his heart, and love both the billionaire and the vigilante? 

I thought I would try my hand at a Batman-themed RP that combines romance and action, and I'm looking for a partner. I must admit, my standards for RP are a bit on the high side—good grammar is a must, and I like for posts to be at least 500 words in length, though this is not strict. I also like at least one post a week, but again this is not strict. I also prefer longer games. For me, the story and characters are extremely important. I prefer to discuss the major story beats in advance via PMs, but I am very much open to surprises should the opportunity present itself. I prefer to "fade to black" for intimate scenes.

I would prefer for my RP partner to play an established Batman character. This is my order of preference for characters:

That said, I am willing to discuss possible original characters in PMs. We would not necessarily have to play with Bruce Wayne/Batman, but could use any of the various Batman characters, including his rogues gallery.

For the setting, I am interested in a "timeless" setting based on the 1940s-50s, like [i]Batman: The Animated Series[/i] and [i]Batman: Caped Crusader[/i]. Players should have at least a basic knowledge of the setting and characters of Batman.
