Also, he's kind of OP... with Halfling Luck, he's very unlikely to critical fail anything and then Silver Tongue treats any charisma roll under 10 as a 10... with +5 proficiency in Persuasion and Deception, that's a minimum of 15 on all his bullshitting, hahaha.

Edit: oh wait, I forgot Expertise doubles his proficiency bonus... so Lulli's minimum rolls for Persuasion and Deception checks are 17.
