But in all seriousness, Ryuuichi probably. Spent his formative teen years either in a hospital or shut away inside his room so he lacks various critical social skills that a young adult his age should have.

Or he would run away XD

That and has enough self loathing to where, even if he can wrap his head around people flirting, couldn’t imagine someone flirting with him. He’d probably need things spelled out for him.

TLDR: If Ryuuichi were in a romance anime, its fans would be blasting him for being as dense as a black hole.
