Sullivan County, Northeastern Tennessee June, 1938 [@Omega Man][@Finetales][@Silver Carrot]
"Ma'am, you look too pretty to be here. Should be sippin' lemonade or sweet tea on somebody's porch. Who taught you how to shoot, your Pa?" the Torch finally asked. "What does it matter?" Elastic Man came out from the woods, glancing down at the Germans taken down by Lady Lynx and Jungle Boy. "She clearly is a good shot. If she can do what she does while wearing what she does, what really does it matter?" Yet his steps stopped at one of the bodies, taken down by headshot, and his eyes just stared. He wasn't sure why he couldn't look away. He had seen more than his fair share of corpses as a police officer. Perhaps it was just the obvious skill of the shot. Perhaps it was just seeing one of his first war casualities. Or, perhaps it was how the red against the green looked far too familiar. He shook himself then headed to join the group, his one arm still tucked against his chest while the other waved at the other heroes there. "Well, all in all, I think that was quite successful. The depot is all defended and the current threat has been dealt with. Nobody even got seriously hurt, right?"
