Simon
As the other began to stir and make noise, Simon lay on the straw tick staring at the ceiling. His head hadn't hurt like this in years, not since his first run in with a dwarven lager that reeked of something he couldn't even pronounce. The memories were there, and yet not. This bothered him as it had not been that long ago he was in camp with Lulli, Grim, Fydor, Checkmate, and Illa. They had just bedded down, and someone was supposed to be on first watch. Who it was, he couldn't remember. The flashes of memory told him something happened, and yet for some reason he couldn't piece it all back together. With a groan, he sat up feeling parts of his neck and back popping in protest. As he listened to the others, he reached to check his neatly packed gear to see if all was there. As he reached, he noticed the markings on his arm. "Aye, I've got a markin' as well.". He sniffed at it to make sure it wasn't an infection of some kind before Lulli started his outburst and fled through the window. Simon groaned again, got up from the bedding, and grabbed his shield. Despite the late hour, it felt too early to be dealing with these antics. "Yes he did. I'll go grab the halflin'. Gods know he'll make an eve' bigger fool of hisself runnin through a town almost naked." Two quick strides and he was out the door of the little room and down the stairs, making for the main door of wherever they were. Once he made it outside, he looked through the crowd to see where Lulli had wandered off to.
