Soraya who was busy at this point assisting with other injuries over an d above monitoring the patient she'd just shot full of drugs looked up,only belatedly recognizing what was occurring. There was a pause where she could clearly be seen contemplating letting nature take its course.

"Shit..." She said, standing up and attracting the shooter's attention. "Keep an eye on this one. Call me if this number drops." Soraya indicated the white number on the vitals monitor before hastening off after Sam.
