But yeah... Tilly doesn't know most of the other peoples' names, even the ones who itnroduced themselves. She remembers Melissa, but can't seem to remember Toshi's name - for instance. That being said, it hardly matters.

Tilly would speak the same to someone she knows the name of, or a total stranger, regardless.

As for the tagging. I usually do that myself so that people who're involved, or who're in the vicinity and could be involved, know that the post mentions them. And so that people who [i]aren't[/i] involved or affected can feel free to skip the post, if they so wish, without worrying about it.
