The CS looks fine to me! He's a bit young, but it'll be interesting seeing how people react to a murderous 14 year old.

I did think of something though. What do you say to a kind of alliance between him and Abaddon? Since Lass is pretty much homeless and has a knack for torture and making people miserable, Abaddon might actually feel compelled to "raise" him to try and at least fix his purpose.
