If you'd allow me to finish my sheet first, then you'd realize that it's actually [i]just[/i] a [u][b]nickname[/b][/u] that his close friend gave him to make light of a traumatizing event that happened during his childhood. It's supposed to be extravagant/silly/downright ridiculous to aid in his attempt at cheering his friend up.
