Heidi sighed as she looked up at the flashing light. She stayed absolutely still, no doubt there'd be someone come to investigate the 'threat'. Of course, with her newfound lack of hearing meant that she didn't hear Steve sneaking up on her, or shouting her name, so when she was glomped, she let out a yell and pulled off a flawless pin reversal. It was only when she had already elbowed him in the stomach, turned around and grabbed his wrist did she see his face. "...Steve?" She let him go, and her smile grew. which then turned to a nervous, sheepish, embarrassed one. "Oh, sorry about that...Um, I think I set the alarm off. The codes and code rotations must have been changed." Looking at Heidi, Steve would notice her black sweater and jeans were dusty and torn, her skin was dirty, and there was blood on her ears and neck, making it obvious that her ears had been bleeding.
