Red Star didn't pay much attention to Ilya. He was used to her. And just about everything else. But then the commotion with Kat and Ryan began. He was quick to react to that. "Yeah. Don't hurt him Kat." Red Star said having over heard the conversation. "It'll only cause more problems for you two anyway." He added as he placed a hand on Ryan's shoulder. Okay yeah he was shorter than the guy and much shorter than the girl, but he decided it best to be there for the girl. And luckily Ryan must have had the connection to know where she was to stop her. Red Star on the other hand had the same heightened senses his father had due to all the training so he was planning to stop her anyway. Aoi had probably felt the release too and might have come. Who knew? "Still I've gotta disagree with you on one thing Ryan. People don't always treat other's badly for those reasons. Sometimes it's about past experiences. Built in hatred due to their own personal, or maybe even their family or clan's history. It can be brutal." He said calmly before turning his attention to the boys. He was more serious now. His face was even normal. "Now I suggest you leave. I'm helping him calm his partner down, but I'm starting to have a bit of trouble curbing my own anger for the insults you hurled at my friends." Red Star said his expression having gone from a calm one to a serious glare quickly. He hated when people acted like that. Of course, it didn't mean he wasn't used to it. After all... Even if his father had done some pretty amazing things there was still a great deal of hatred for the Star Clan all over the world. Besides, he was kind of protective. He wouldn't have even given a warning had it been about Aviva. Punches would have been thrown without a second thought.
