I could imagine that, with Aoi, Kiel wouldn't have any problems with being around. Kiel, I imagine, would feel more comfortable around quieter people. And he doesn't really feel anything.
I guess gravitate around or just so happen to be around would fit better. Coincidence. 

As for Ilya...yeah, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Unless it was started by Kiel's mother, Marie Mjolnir, telling Ilya how she knew his/her...uh...parent. Then she could try and introduce Ilya to Kiel. And then stuff ensues.

On a side note, I have a theorem of Crona's gender, if anybody cares at least minutely.
