I see no sense in the argument whatsoever. If we choose either way, the gameplay impact will be exactly zero, and not enough canon evidence exists to decide correctly anyway, HOWEVER the Pegasus priority + plug allows for the luxury of choosing the receiving gate when the Langford is in orbit, so i'm behind GM on this one.
