I tried it with a title in a private discussion with myself (that I used as a temporary preview feature which currently does not exist on the site >_O) and for some reason, it wouldn't work with a title there either. That's what threw me off. As for the code, yeah, lack of options is laziness, but it nonetheless is the bigger pain in the butt for end users like me who would like to, say, add colors and other formatting to their posts.

I'll give you a nudge on Skype concerning the compendium.
