She is extremely clever and uses what she can to get her friends out of a sticky situation. She is very caring and kind, but she hates to think of herself as such. She's put up many walls so she doesn't get hurt, but sometimes she lets her guard down. She's vulnerable to a few key words or actions that bring back horrible memories, but she fakes her true emotions until she's alone.

He can be very sweet and in fact charming, but he finds it embarrassing.
