Kalinda finished eating, then decided she might as well get on with the day. She spied Ben through the crowd, sitting at a table by himself, and went over. She sat down, said, "I can give you some emo-what the hell happened to your face?" She stared at the cut, "What, did you have a run in with a frigging hunting knife?"
