Magic: Spirit Make Caster or Holder: Caster Description: A special type of Make Magic, Spirit Make is a spell that imitates the concept of Celestial Spirits, allowing the user to create warriors to fight for them. While this is still a very new form of magic, with only a few dozen mages currently practicing it, it is very appealing in how it is possible to create just about anything, as long as one can imagine it. Of course, there are practical limitations such as the amount of magical energy and the 'realism' of making such beings, as even 'magical beings' would require muscles and nervous systems, and thus, it could be said that there is nothing that can be done with Spirit Make unless one truly understands what they are about to create. Currently, Kerenza is capable of creating humans only, but has specialized them to the extent that she can call forth five at once, each of them with a separate set of specialized skills, as well as the capability of being recalled to any location 10 meters around Kerenza. She considers them...
Composed of six individuals, even though she can only call out five at once, Kerenza's spirits each have their own personalities, skills, and names. Rose Red is an androgynous individual, a cheery bisexual fellow who wields a red longsword with an almost scientific grace, taking advantage of every aspect of the battlefield to gain an advantage over his enemies. Yama Topaz is a large, towering man, a serious, mature person who's generally a nice person, if not a little manipulative at times. His signature weapon is that of a massive battle axe, and his signature move is Spin-to-Win. Snow Blue is a petite individual who fits the archetype of 'maid' the best, yet is also a kind, if not shy girl. She has no combat skills, but is extraordinarily skilled with coordinating outfits and making warm beverages. Her cooking skill leaves much to be desired though. Pearl Sky is, above all things, a doctor of the medicinal kind, capable of healing others through medicine and bandages, but not through magic. Despite this though, she takes pride in her work and doesn't hesitate to complain to Kerenza about her eating habits and lack of exercise. Dust Dusk is a level-headed person, one who hides his thoughts behind an expressionless face. Grounded to 'reality', he approaches things from the most logical angle, and is an amazing chess player. He also possesses the skills of a thief and highwayman, but he doesn't indulge in such things unless ordered by Kerenza. Forest Falls is pretty much a crazy, hot blooded person. Both a lancer and a freerunner, he loves nothing more than to ignore Kerenza's orders and carry her on his shoulders as he runs from rooftop to rooftop. His skill with the spear isn't to be questioned though, and often, his strikes have been compared to rays of light.
History: The little queen of an empty mansion, Kerenza Edelwane was the child of a rich noble, or, more specifically, she was the third daughter of a rich noble, the last child of his first wife, before she died of sickness. Bearing the most resemblance to her late mother, even though she had no recollection of her mother, Kerenza was pampered at an early age, her father devoting as much of his time possible to being with her. A petite child with pale blue hair and vivid yellow eyes, the girl spent many days bathing and sleeping and working and eating and playing with her father, in a box of a house isolated from the rest of the world. She didn't find it weird though, how limited her freedom was. After all, it was a big house filled with lots of toys. Of course, some of them looked rather weird, and she often frequented upon containers with odd names, but other than that, she was happy. Her world was an empty mansion and a doting father, and Kerenza was satisfied with that. It was when she was six years old that her world was taken away. Men in armor and dark clothing marched into the room, with an arrest warrant for her father, under allegations of forced confinement, sexual abuse, and a whole bunch of other things that Kerenza didn't know about at the time. After he was dragged away, she was placed in the care of her older sisters. Her mansion became a small apartment suite in the middle of the city. A good apartment, sure, with very respectable neighbors, but still, she couldn't help but think that her world had shrunk. Her older sister, Mikrein, was a self-titled magical theorist, discovering new applications for magical energy, while her slightly younger older sister, Azalea, worked as a barmaid. Though the amount of people who she knew increased, it still felt like a small place. Kerenza didn't want to go outside, as she did not understand the outside world. She didn't want to talk to strangers, because she had not done so before. And most of all, she wanted to go back to being a solitary existence in the world, so that she'll be the only person who 'matters'. At seven, on her birthday, Mikrein finally got sick of Kerenza's self-pitying bullshit and dragged the young girl out to the bar that Azalea worked in. It was a loud and cheerful and frankly painfully rash place, with one accident or the other occurring every five minutes. Fights, spilled drinks, nonchalant sexual harassment, drunken singing, monkey impersonations, it was such a culture shock to Kerenza that she pretty much fainted after finishing half of her food. But her world had become wider now, and as she continued to live, either washing dishes in Azalea's bar or learning magic so Mikrein can get a test subject, her view of her world began to change. It wasn't that her house was her world. It was that the world was her house, and there was nothing to be worried about, as long as she could work and get money. Of course, being pampered and doted on still gave her nice, nostalgic feelings, and it could be said that the only reason she ever became a practitioner of Spirit Make Magic, the magic style that Mikrein patented, was because she wanted to make servants. No one told her that making servants to do the work for her was any easier than doing chores herself though, and after trying to set up some sort of 'delivery maid' business, Kerenza realized that it was a massive pain in the ass and went on to join a magician's guild instead. It just so happened to be that it was the Azure Dragon.
