The sniper glanced up before a wave of bullets came at him, causing him to quickly scramble and attempt to move from the tree he was in. It was too late though when a rocket exploded, causing him to pass away and become KIA due to the shockwave. He fell out of the treeline and landed on the ground, lying limp on the floor with no sign of life. "Man down! He needs a medic!" One of the men cried out and another stood up to run over to the presumably dead sniper. Bullets started flying around this time and it kept everyone from shooting back effectively. Instead, they made a tactical retreat towards the sniper's last known location as the soldier who called out the loss of their sniper stepped out of his cover to try and unload a magazine while crouching low to the ground. The shots were random and had no target in mind and when the operative got up to run to his team a few 7.62 rounds tore through his body, causing him to fall and bleed out. The remaining two regrouped at the sniper's body and the one who was labeled the team's combat life saver got onto his knees and reached around the back of his utility belt to free his defibrillator pads, quickly charging them up and nudging the second living fighter back in order to avoid any accidental shock. "Clear!" He shouted and pressed the pads onto the man's chest, a volt jump starting the dead man like electricity would a car. The sniper woke up disoriented and in extreme pain, without his rifle and without the concentration to make his best shots. He was confused until the live saver shouted down at him and tugged on his arms. "WAKE UP!" "Three! What is your status?!" The two quickly regrouped and tried their best to protect the injured sniper along with the LZ, they were probably going to loose this area any minute now. "Shit he's god.. God dammit! We need some air support up here NOW!" Right when he said that over the communications the VTOL made it's appearance, the hell from the skies that saved the remaining three soldiers along with the entire operations itself. Minutes later the MH little birds quickly descended from their low altitude flying and made their touchdown, six men each helicopter hopping off the benches and breaking off to reform the perimeter. They were better armored and better equipped, but few were just as equipped as the insertion team, most of those few being the FBI rescue agents that were apart of this mission. It was easy to differentiate the teams, the DEVGRU main force wearing camouflage or black uniforms while the FBI units wore their green uniforms that had the acronym of their agencies labeled across the back of their vests. Those agents, though were going to be responsible for something unexpected and something they were trained to do. Followed behind the littlebirds came the huey helicopter where Gerard and Harris jumped out, both wearing their typical wear with vests being their only form of protection. "Funny, ain't it?" Gerard asked as he walked down the open field behind the lines on their side, his eyes scanning the bullet riddled forest that surrounded them. "You came out here searching for your missing kids only to stumble upon one simple fact, your people might be the ones who need the rescue." A chuckle came out of the CIA agent as his aviator shaded eyes glanced over at the FBI agent, his smile fading to his stern frown after reading the agent's verbal ques. "We got soo much in our hands when it comes to trying to make this mission succeed. I have full faith in our people along with Church's people." Harris replied, stepping aside so the two DEVGRU operatives who were first to arrive could carry their severely injured sniper to the huey. There was a small group of three forming around one of the patches of vegetation, seems like someone found the third member of the team... "Did you know about her being in..." "Ark corp? Yes I did. Agent Harris you have to understand I carry many secrets and most of them I can not tell anyone." Gerard replied, looking over at the small group nearby before resting his hand on the sub machinegun that held onto it's strap which he wore. "It comes with the job. Now, I hope you are familiar with that Mp7 you hold... It ain't your agency's typical MP5. Lets go see if our intel is correct and your investigation can come to a closure."
