The Princess was at least satisfied that Irina accepted her invitation to join her on the balcony. She was glad to see that the Knight was enjoying her company and the best view of Alegasia from anywhere else in The Kingdom, but something the Knight said seemed to bug her even through the serene morning. Appointed task...? She tried not to look too suspiciously at the woman, it was to be suspected after all with how her father did things. Irina could have been the worst knight in the world, but the King still would have been able to find a place for her in his courts - just like that Pinhead and his side-kick Spaghetti. Those two had to be the absolute worse knights ever, but some how her father had entrusted them with his life. Maybe father had finally come to his senses. Crystal appraised the female knight, a subtle nod of approval followed by a smirk. It was nice to know she no longer had to worry about The King's safety. It seemed she had began to daydream, her mind had gotten lost in the beautiful blue hair which rivaled the sky it self. Her cheeks had grown hot, but her dreamy eyes never strayed from Irina. Nothing could ruin their peaceful moment it seemed until Irina threw her on the ground and leaped on top of her. The events that followed just moved way too fast for her mind, Crystal could only lay there staring into her savior's pale blue eyes with a puzzled expression. She was sure she could feel her breath on her face, and while it was quite embarrassing it also excited the young woman. "I'm fine..." She said softly, a hint of uncertainty behind her voice as Irina rushed off of her. Crystal picked herself up slowly, rubbing her head gingerly... it was pretty tender from where the back of her head hit the floor. Once she was up, she walked over to where Irina had plucked the arrow from her bed post. She looked at the arrow and then back to the knight...several times. "S-someone's trying to kill me?" Her face lost all color and she definitely needed to take a seat, so she used the bed post to balance herself. "If you hadn't come..." Her voice was faint as she had come to a terrifying realization. "I would be dead if it weren't for you." She swallowed to clear her throat, and refocused on Irina, her heart beating a thousand times per second.
