As far as I know, this is actually legal on the guild to a point. I'm 90% sure that you CAN get away with it but the guarantee that there won't be a problem is something I can't promise. So my suggestion is two things...

1) Play it safe and don't do it. you already have doubts so why add the worry.
2) (If you REALLY want to do it) Add it to your sig though as soon as someone complains/reports it, don't argue with them and just take it off once you're asked politely "I don't like that. can you please take it off?"
