That's why I mentioned Perception being more along the lines of Technopathy, as that is the ability to interface with technology, allowing the user to manipulate it as they see fit. That way it would have more than just one application.

As for the rest of it, I think that I'll allow the Leeching, so long as there are reasonable limits to range and what not. Like I said, you did do an excellent job of limiting it already, but I think range should be included just to be perfectly clear. Displacement, after looking it up under that name, is a little too similar to teleportation, a power which four characters can already utilize to some extent through their own abilities.
