Biography: Cecilia was just a young trainer when she recieved her very first pokemon called, Eevee, this pokemon was given to her as a birthday present by her grandparents. As she was growing up her and Eevee had an amaaaazing bond, so amazing that it made Eevee evolve out of her trainer's love. Evolving to Sylveon. Ever since then, Cecilia and Sylveon have been catching new pokemon, batteling trainers, going for gyms, which she has failed to win, but she will never give up. But she wanted to give up gyms for now, so she joined the Pokemon Ranger service, helping those in need.
