Description
The RP will start with 12 tributes from each district 1 to 12.
They will be gathering at the training centre at the capitol.
The RP will end when there is only one tribute left in the arena.

The Capitol of Panem is a technologically advanced, utopian city where the nation's most wealthy and powerful live.
The Capitol is also the colloquial name for the ruling government of Panem. As the seat of power in Panem, the nation's twelve districts are ruled from this city, 
and the Hunger Games are organized and celebrated inside it's walls. 
The Capitol is a tyrannical dictatorship, and holds total political and economic dominance over Panem, enforcing its rule through an army called Peacekeepers, capital punishment, propaganda, and the Hunger Games.

District 1's industry is making luxury items for the Capitol. Due to the nature of its industry, it's considered to be the wealthiest district,

District 2's industry is masonry, but also manufactures weaponry, makes trains, and supplies Peacekeepers. 
Citizens of District 2 are sometimes called "the pets" of the Capitol.They are the biggest supporters of the Capitol and therefore are pampered 
and given many extra conveniences.

District 3's primary industry is general electronics of many types, though it is known for 
also making various mechanical products such as automobiles and firearms.

District 4's industry is fishing, thus most residents have experience using nets and tridents, 
making fishhooks from scratch, swimming, and identifying edible sea life.

District 5's industry is power.

District 7's industry is lumber and many of its residents have experience with hatchets, axes, saws, and other tree cutting tools.

[hider=How to decide who is going to die?]
Each character are assigned a number, 1 to 12.
When 15 or more posts goes by everytime, I will go to Random.org 
and in the little box to the side I will put the minimum number at 1 and the maximum number at 12. 
Click 'Generate'. For example it will give the number 9, and the character that was assigned to the number 9 will 
have to make his/her character dies within 3 or 4 posts. 
If a repeated number was chosen, I will continue to generate a random number until the one that hasn't been chosen before.

Each character will be assigned to a random number between 1 to 36(no repeat).
During the game, when the time is right. I will go to random.org and pick a random number just like what I will do
about the dead of characters.The characters who has the same number as the one I picked will receive some tools, equipment, foods, water, weapons etc...
