I don't want you to take this as an insult, but I think your post could do with a rewrite if you want people to be interested. I find it quite hard to follow your writing in general, as it seems a bit like some words are missing in order for the sentences to make sense. 
I also have no idea what this RP is supposed to be about. There was something about the laws of physics being different between... what? Then there's something about a mission for some mercenaries, would potential players be the mercenaries then? And then there was something a bit nonsensical about pirates.
I'm not trying to be mean here, I just wanted to let you know.
It does, however, seem to me like there are some interesting ideas in there somewhere.
