I'm in the US. I own an Australian No. 1 Mk. III* built in 1941 and a No. 4. Mk. II built in 1954.

There's no licenses or regulation needed to own enfields here, even though the rate of fire is rather rapid compared to any other bolt action I've fired, and I own several bolt action rifles.
