"This is all your fault. If only you had let me take control I could have gotten us out of there but no! You didn't want to hurt the humans. Now look where we are!" Lilith hissed from the back of Layla's mind, aura practically seething with anger. Layla frowned, curled into a small ball in the cage she had been thrown into when they were caught. "Violence is never the answer." She murmured, hearing her demon counterpart give snort of disbelief. "I can't believe you sometimes. You won't even protect yourself when we're in danger!" Layla's frown deepened but she gave no reply, hearing Lilith sigh and retreat to the back of her mind to probably brood. The small angle sighed before she let out a squeak when the door to the cage and she was roughly jerked out. She cried out, struggling and kicking as two men wearing some kind of uniform try to restrain her. "Oh move over weakling!" Lilith snarled. Layla's brown hair shimmered slightly, lightening and changing until it was a dark purple and her grey eyes turned red, glaring up at the guards as she hissed and thrashed in their hold. Finally one of them sighed and raised his arm back, striking her in the temple with the butt of his gun, hard. Lilith fell limb, momentarily dazed. They took this moment to carry her down a long metal hallway, finally stopping at a section of wall. One of the men slid his card through a small slot then pressed his hand above it. The wall hissed back, revealing a small hallway. They carried her inside and tossed her into what looked a living room, filled with other figures. The demon, now recovered, snarled and leaped at them, hurling insults. A button was pushed and Lilith dropped to the ground as she spasmed, hands tearing at the collar around her neck. The guards left, the wall moving back into place. The shocks subsided and Lilith leaped to her feet. "Come back you bastards!!" She yelled, hands clenching into fists as her red glowed even redder as her anger increased. "Lilith please, try to control yourself." Layla gently scolded, her "sister" ignoring her. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Karou watched with wide eyes from her usual place in the corner. That was were she normally hid ever since she had been thrown in a few days ago. She had yet to say a single word to anyone in the room and she doubted she was going to any time soon. She clenched Mary closer to her chest, the doll bringing her some comfort as she drew her knees closer to her chest. She had yet to see Gary but he was probably off somewhere exploring. The girl suddenly looked down at her doll, frowning. "I don't know, someone just came in." She mumbled very quietly to Mary, not thinking it weird in the slightest that she was technically talking to an inanimate object. To her Mary was real as anyone in the room and so to the young girl, it wasn't weird she was talking to her.
