Don't worry about cool-downs for now ^_^ That can be sorted out last, Expllo or Kurisa can give you them if you have no clue xD
And you start off with the Skills listed as unseated ^_^ The rest will be bought with points any you'd have to train before you can use them, we'll walk you through everything ^_^ So you don't have to worry
