Since I'm lazy, let's just worry about cooldowns later x)

But for Kido and shiz, like Abi said, you can start off with the ones that are unseated. The ones that are placed as seated, you have to train for those, but only when you're promoted to a seat. Then so on, and so forth. Yeah.
