Visibly shaken, slightly widen eyes, faster breathing. He could tell she was nervous he knew her history with Konoha but he didn't think it still played a part in her decision making process, hesitance got you killed if she got nervous or slightly scared in front of a Konoha nin she could be killed or at least severely injured. Obviously every mission was with risk but he had faith that she wouldn't get caught.

"Anko do you trust me?" he asked her simply there was nothing else that could be said he could recognize the fear in the air, it was almost an insult to him personally. Thinking that he would send her in without any way to keep her safe if the mission was above her parameters, but he could see where she was coming from.

"If you believe you can't handle that aspect to the mission then handle your main objective" he said with a slight hint of disappointment.
