Kurisa had passed the troublesome Shinigami and returned to his office, he didn't show much care for the rash shinigami that ran off wanting to get killed and clearly the Shinigami's ideals didn't suit the Squads or Kurisa's own...just as well the Shinigami didn't want to join his Squad or he would have had to turn him down...not that it would have affected Kurisa in anyway. 

Once Kurisa had completed some paperwork he left his office then on his way out he ran into a female Shinigami seemingly loitering about his barracks "What business do you have here?"
