Abilities/Skills:

Speaking/Acting: Due to one of his abilities needing these, he has a fairly decent vocabulary and decent use of grammar. 'Decent' because he tones it down when not using his abilities, and just speaking casually. Acting, it's good enough to make him a star......But being filled with stitches and having mutant death eyes wouldn't really help his career.

Creating: Kevin is a good creator, able to make clothing, paintings, crafting, small technology, etc. It's become a hobby of his, especially clothing and crafting. He hopes one day that he'll be able to make clothing and craft things for parties.

Music: Believe it or not Kevin is a good singer, and good at playing piano. He likes doing neither, despite writing poems allot.

Penance Stare: With a stare, Kevin is able to inflict debilitating effects to a person ranging from inflicting fear to inflicting death. As well as manipulate and control people, animals are easy with just a few words, humans who aren't aware of his ability needs a convincing talk and have to remain eye contact, mutants who are aware of his powers are more difficult as they may know he's trying to manipulate them which is why he needs to keep eye contact and speak more intelligently than he does with normal humans. Mutants with mind related powers are pretty much impossible to manipulate. [Eyes glow slightly red when he uses his ability]

Weaknesses:
Kevin has to keep eye contact to be able to put an effect on someone, atleast at the moment. And with the skill level he has right now the most he can do is manipulate people, make them feel fear (To a small paralyzing amount if he knows their fears), and make them feel a bit of pain. In no way is he able to make someone die just by a stare, but he's unable to look someone in the eye if he's angry, or sad, or have (Negative) overwhelming emotions. That's the point where he can't control his powers, and the point where death would be possible if angry enough.

If he doubts himself, or feels insecure about himself, then he can inflicts damage on himself if he see's his reflection and there's nothing he can do about it until he gets over what's bothering him. Other than that, he has good control over his powers.

Personality:
Kevin is an intelligent and calm guy who pretty much keeps to himself, not because he's bad at communicating but because he just does his own thing. For the most part he's the peacemaker when it's allies who are arguing, and likes to stay neutral when friends are arguing. To those younger than him he's very nice and sweet, though to those of his age and older he's less sweet as he feels those younger are just growing up and need kindness in a harsh world, as those his age and older have already experienced the hate of the world. Though he's not ignorant and knows expirence doesn't just come with age. He can be seen as harsh, on a scary level, to his enemies and criminals as he feels those who harm that innocent are the lowest of scum. And although he doesn't kill, he will put as much pain on an enemy as he can/wants to the point it seems like he has a complete lack of empathy, likes all emotions are being turned off at that moment.....Until he stops of course. He has a bit of hate towards humans, but knows they aren't all bad.

History:
As a child, Kevin knew he was a mutant because of his mutant parents. His mother could see into the future while his father had the ability to inflict pain by touch, at a young age he had to learn about mutants and mutant oppression. He got the concept quickly and was told not to tell anyone, he agreed not to, though once he got to school he thought mutants were cool. He thought he could tell his friends secretly, and that's what he did. Though the next morning he was downstairs as someone knocked on the door, he walked up to it, but before he could do anything the door flew open causing him to stumble around and fall into a glass table cutting his face and other parts of his body. As his father and mother ran in the room, Kevin didn't really know what happened next, or saw who came into the house. He knew his father stayed back and his mother took him away. 

That was when he was seven, he woke the next day covered in stitches, stitches he's had replaced multiple times up 'till recent days. He was told where he was, and why he was there, though there was no information on his parents. He lived a bit lonely at the school, though trained in his abilities, figuring out what they were when he hurt himself in the mirror for thinking he got his parents hurt. He trained more, becoming quite good at them. As he grew older he moved past the stage of thinking he failed his parents and worried about controlling his powers, living his own life, he'd find out about them later on in life. Though he hoped they were alive, and still does.
