Eight years of dance lessons and three years of cheerleading give Stormy great flexibility, balance and stamina.
Stormy has a wonderful and soothing singing voice which has developed through years of church and school choir.
She's fairly good at sleight of hand, snatching and hiding objects that can fit within the palm of her hand. [/center]

They might even think it's their God or a deceased loved one guiding them. They may also think it is someone whom they had harmed in the past, who was coming back to haunt them.
[url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Sleep_Inducement]Sleep Inducement[/url] - She can cause organisms to fall asleep, this can be instantaneous or more natural.

Those with the power of [url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Psionic_Shield] Psionic/Psychic Shield[/url], who are a higher level telepath, and/or have a great deal of willpower may be able to resist Stormy's telepathic powers.
Beings who do not sleep are immune to her Sleep Inducement ability. Currently, Stormy may only put two adults or up to four children to sleep at one time. She has yet to attempt this ability on nonhumans.
Stormy has her mother's anger and vindictiveness which in certain situations can work against her.

Just before joining Xavier's Stormy was tragically and forcefully separated from her true love.

[center][u]History:[/u]
Stormy is one of four children (including a twin sister) born to abusive parents. Her father once a great businessman with a heart full of passion gave in to the temptation of alcohol and drugs. Her mother once arguably to most beautiful woman in their small Virginia town lost that which was most important to her in a terrible accident, and took her anger, jealousy, and self pity out on the children. Life wasn't all bad for Stormy. She had the support and love of her siblings. She had a great circle of friends. At the age of eight she, along with her twin, was forced into dance lessons by her mother, but after awhile grew to love dancing. There was a time, the duration of about a year, when her father sobered up. But, it was only for a year. When middle school started up she joined the choir and the following year she made the cheer squad.

Then came the day she met [i]him[/i]. Stormy fell hard for the boy, and he for her. He was tall and handsome with short dark hair and beautiful blue eyes. He was kind, loyal, loving and had a big heart. The boy reminded Stormy of her father... before he gave in to his vices. Stormy was sure she and the boy would end up married one day. twelve months into their relationship Stormy found herself in the hospital, her boyfriend by her side. At one point the pain became nearly unbearable for the girl. She let loose an ear shattering scream. And with the scream came the voices. Everyone in the room with Stormy heard dozens of voices in his or her head. Angry, wailing voices that made them drop to their knees in agony until the voices finally faded away as Stormy passed out from the pain and exhaustion.

The incident in the hospital was not the first time others had witnessed Stormy's mutant abilities. But, it would be the last as far as her hometown was concerned because two days later a representative from Xavier's Academy came knocking at the door. [/center]
