I'll just copy and paste what I've got in my notes (until the OOC's up I didn't want to make a fleshed out CS or anything.) I'm still on the fence about doubling, but I really like this pair, so this is what I'm leaning towards.

He regularly scrapes the rotten underside of society, and has developed a bit of a reputation for snooping around in areas the cops don't want to handle. He isn't the best, or the brightest, but his willingness to go to any distance for a client makes him well-distinguished in the industry.
He chain-smokes cigarettes and his catch phrase is 'Bullseye.' His hobby is cleaning, and he is extremely compulsive when it comes to keeping tidy
He has had two near-lethal brushes with demons in his life, and despite being friends with an angel, still occasionally has dealings with them on the sly."

"A rebellious Guardian Angel assigned to Domino. She is smarter and stronger than Domino, but lacks focus and motivation. She almost never shows her wings and is obsessed with guns. Considered an outcast by most of her peers, she is extremely close to humanity, more than other angels. She lacks the condescending attitude of some angels, and shows ready willingness to take a life if she has to do so to protect her charge. She follows the teachings of the Council, but shows a total lack of regard for her own attitude or actions. She is a total Otaku, and loves all kinds of human culture, but especially military culture. Her hobbies are Manga, Music, and Airsoft. She is always judged harshly by the Council and by her peers for her actions, but her true devotion to protecting Domino lets her slide through evaluations, if barely."[/hider]
