Your character will be accepted once you put the name on :)

Your character won the 72nd Hunger Game. So the age of your character
should be around (15 to 21). As the age for reaping is set from people who are 12 to 18 years old.
Change the name, or if you wanted to be older. Change the year you won the regular Hunger Game. 
Once you are done, your character will be accepted too.
