[B]Personality:[/B] You cannot describe her as serious, neither as lively, she is just kinda bored all the time. Her expression when not doing anything is always the same and it becomes rather hard for people to read her emotions based solely on her facial expressions. When she is talking with someone or doing something, her expressions suffer really light changes, faint smiles or saddened looks, accompanied with few changes on her tone of voice, only few people are able to decipher what she is really feeling at determined time, because they have known her for quite some time now or they are just really good at reading people.

As well as being like this, she is also quite lazy for whatever comes across her path. One of her mottos in life is ‘If you can do something about it, then why bother? And if you can’t, then why bother?’ She thinks not much may be worth her time and what indeed is, then she’ll pay full attention, though noting when she does pay attention may be as hard as solving a rubik’s cube. Even if she is like this, it must be noted that she is also very intelligent and that’s why she believes not many things are worth her time. However, anime, manga and videogames (Mostly otome and shooter games) are the only things that can change her expression rather radically. While watching, reading or playing one of the aforementioned things, you may see her laughing lively, crying uncontrollably or feeling love-struck to the point of hugging her computer or mobile device she is using.

She was born to an average family in where most, if not all, of her family members were mediocre, good for nothing people who had finished just high school and then started working somewhere (As she describes them). Not even one of them was able to finish University, nor did they try since most of them started working immediately after leaving high school. Now, don’t get her wrong, her life wasn’t and currently isn’t full of shortcomings and poverty, her life is just that, average. Her family can’t afford a big house, but they live in a somewhat big apartment with enough rooms for them to have a guest room, as well as the basic services (including internet). 

One day of summer break, after she had just graduated from high school, when she just finished a rather good anime with lots of flashy scenes with superpowers, her letter arrived and thinking it would be fun to have some kind of thrill in her life, she decided to follow the instructions, even if they seemed kind of ridiculous. She didn’t quite expect that the Order in Black was something real at all, but she still received the challenge with open arms. [/hider]

A pair of automatic pistols that are to be used both at once, since their power will (obviously) be halved when not used at the same time, e.g. Only using one gun and shooting will only make half the damage that same gun does when holding both weapons.

[*][B]Cross Bullet:[/B] Shooting with both guns at the same time, the two bullets will become a cross that advances horizontally to its target. It is just 10 cm taller than Moeka herself.[/*]
[*][B]Bullet Symphonia:[/B] Using both weapons in a rapid succession, Moeka is able to pierce through most of opponents. When using this, every time Moeka shoots will make it seem as if she were playing a song, hence its name.[/*]
